Dane będą przetwarzane w celu przeprowadzenia rekrutacji na utworzone stanowisko u Administratora. W przypadku wyrażenia dobrowolnej i opcjonalnej zgody, dane będą przetwarzane także dla celów przyszłych rekrutacji prowadzonych przez Administratora i spółki z jego grupy kapitałowej.
Nie będziesz podlegać decyzji, która opiera się wyłącznie na zautomatyzowanym przetwarzaniu, w tym profilowaniu, i która wywołuje wobec Ciebie skutki prawne lub w podobny sposób istotnie wpływa na Twoją sytuację.
Podanie danych jest obowiązkiem dobrowolnym, lecz konsekwencją ich nie podania będzie niemożność wzięcia udziału w rekrutacji.
Kategorie przetwarzanych danych: dane identyfikacyjne, dane kontaktowe, kariera i wykształcenie oraz oczekiwania wobec pracodawcy, historia zatrudnienia, dodatkowe uprawnienia lub zainteresowania.
Podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest:
- art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b) rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27.04.2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (dalej: RODO) – w zakresie niezbędnym do zawarcia i wykonania umowy,
- art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c) RODO – w zakresie niezbędnym do wypełnienia obowiązku prawnego ciążącego na Administratorze,
- art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO – prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora, polegający na poszukiwaniu członków zespołu, których kwalifikacje najbardziej odpowiadają zapotrzebowaniu Administratora oraz na prowadzeniu postępowań rekrutacyjnych zmierzających do nawiązania współpracy,
- art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO – jeżeli wyrazisz zgodę na przetwarzanie danych dla celów przyszłej rekrutacji.
W zakresie, w jakim dane przetwarzane są na podstawie odrębnej zgody, przysługuje Ci prawo cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie. Pozostanie to jednak bez wpływu na zgodność
z prawem przetwarzania danych, którego dokonano przed jej cofnięciem.
Odbiorcami Twoich danych osobowych mogą być:
- podmioty wspierające proces rekrutacji (m. in. branżowe portale internetowe, portale pośrednictwa pracy),
- Spółki powiązane z Administratorem,
- Spółki z grupy kapitałowej Administratora,
- podmioty świadczące usługi audytowe i prawne,
- podmioty dostarczające oprogramowanie i narzędzia wykorzystywane przez Administratora,
- podmioty świadczące usługi informatyczne i hostingowe,
- media społecznościowe (np. Facebook, LinkedIn),
- Google LLC.,
- podmioty świadczące usługi recepcyjne lub ochrony w budynku, w którym znajdują się biura Administratora.
Z uwagi na wykorzystywane narzędzia i systemy IT (np. Breezy HR, DocuSign) niezbędne do prowadzenia rekrutacji Twoje dane będą przekazane poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy, w tym także do krajów, które nie zostały uznane przez Komisję Europejską za zapewniające odpowiedni stopień ochrony danych osobowych, wówczas, przekazanie danych osobowych nastąpi na podstawie prawnej przewidzianej w RODO.
Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do zakończenia procesu rekrutacji. W przypadku wyrażenia odrębnej zgody na przetwarzanie danych dla celów przyszłych rekrutacji, dane będą przetwarzane aż do zakończenia tych rekrutacji albo do czasu cofnięcia zgody na przetwarzanie danych, jednak nie dłużej niż przez okres 24 miesięcy.
Przysługuje Ci prawo dostępu do danych, ich poprawiania, żądania ich usunięcia, a także prawo ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych oraz wniesienia sprzeciwu co do przetwarzania danych osobowych.
Przysługuje Ci także prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, którym w Polsce jest Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, jeżeli dane są przetwarzane niezgodnie z wymogami prawnymi.
Z przyczyn związanych z Twoją szczególną sytuacją, przysługuje Ci prawo sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych osobowych, jeżeli Administrator przetwarza dane osobowe na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu.

The data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment for the position created with the Controller or entities included in its capital group. In case if a voluntary and optional consent is given, the data will also be processed for the purposes of future recruitment conducted by the Controller or entities included in its capital group.
You will not be subject to a decision which is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and which produces legal effects with regard to you or in a similar way significantly affects your situation.
Providing data is a voluntary obligation, but the consequence of not providing it will be the inability to participate in the recruitment.
The Controller obtained the following personal data / categories of data: identification data, contact data, career and educational background and expectations towards employer, past employment, additional entitlements or interests.
The legal basis for data processing is:
- Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – the General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter: the GDPR) – to the extent necessary to conclude and execute the agreement,
- Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – to the extent necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the Controller,
- Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest pursued by the Controller, consisting in searching for team members whose qualifications best meet the Controller's needs and in conducting recruitment procedures aimed at establishing cooperation,
- Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – if you agree to processing of data for the purposes of future recruitment.
To the extent that the data is processed on the basis of a separate consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this will not affect the legality of the data processing done before the withdrawal of the consent.
The recipients of your personal data may be:
- entities supporting recruitment process (e.g. industry portals, job placement portals),
- companies associated with the Controller,
- entities included in the Controller capital group,
- entities providing audit and legal services,
- entities providing software and tools used by the Controller,
- entities providing IT and hosting services,
- social media (e.g. Facebook, Linkedin),
- Google LLC,
- entities providing reception or security services in the building where the Controller’s offices are located.
Due to the IT tools and systems used (e.g. Breezy HR, DocuSign), necessary to conduct the recruitment process, your data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to countries that have not been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection of personal data. Then, the transfer of personal data will take place on the legal basis provided for in the GDPR.
Your personal data will be processed until the completion of the recruitment process. In case, where a separate consent to processing of the data for the purposes of future recruitments has been given, the data will be processed until the end of these recruitments or until withdrawal of the consent to processing of the data, however, for no longer than 24 months.
You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data, as well as the right to limit processing, transferring and to object to processing of personal data.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, if the data is processed in violation of legal requirements.
For reasons related to your specific situation, you have the right to object to processing of personal data if the Controller processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest.
